my experience with boxing
My journey in competitive sports spans over two decades. During my time in the UK, I participated in four amateur and semi-professional boxing matches. Later, I transitioned to Muay Thai when I moved to Spain. This path led to my recent victory as the 2024 Spanish FAKM Muay Thai Champion in the 67KG category.

I can teach you boxing & kickboxing style
I have taught boxing to all ages in both a group class and personal training setting over the past 5 years for children as young as 6 and adults of all ages. A typical session involves dissecting and improving technique and performance in boxing. We’ll focus on refining boxing punching form, footwork, stance, and defensive techniques through a mix of drills and pad work. Usually, we wrap up with high-intensity pad work, bag work, sparring or exercises.
