The short version – I would definitely recommend Emily/PT Marbella. Sheโs very responsive, very easy to work with and most importantly she gets results – getting the right balance of pushing hard enough.
The longer version is she was able to help me recover following a chest operation, building up my strength and stamina – in around a month I went from not being able to walk more than a couple of hundred metres to over 3 miles, whilst also building up my strength in my arms and legs to a better level than pre-op. Iโm very grateful for this – thank you Emily! She was also able to assist with nutritional information, equipment advice and uses a great, easy to use app.

Emily, where have you been! Best PT ever, she is amazing and professional I have been training online with her for more than 6 months and I saw the difference in one month!!.
