I loved training with Emily while I was in Marbella! She came over in the mornings and we worked out by the pool while the world slept, and she got me starting my day in thr best possible way!! I made sure she knew of my previous injuries and current situation, and she made an amazing plan for me to stick to what we worked out. She is very organised and uses an app to keep track of everything. She’s so lovely which also helps with the motivation! Given all the fun we have, and the goals I achieved because of Emily, I can't imagine my life in Marbella without her steady, motivating guidance. I am having a lots of fun with her. She IS an exceptionally good trainer 👍 My progress is remarkable 👍 Her training is varied and fun and always tuned to push me out of my comfort zone but never overwhelm me. You get also a very cool app that makes it super easy to track your food, kcal and macro nutrients. There are also lots of healthy and really gooooood recipes. I love the additional reminder of my daily habit changes in that app like 7500 stepsies a day or 10 minutes of meditation ♥️ In my opinion, personal training with Emily is a well thought out, holistic programme for body, mind & nutrition 👍 After 4 months of training I look much more defined, stronger and simply better. I feel great and get great compliments 😍 Goal 100% achieved! 🙌 You rock, girl 💪

I have worked with different personal trainers both in-person and online and Emily is definitely one of the best. She really listens to what you are looking for and develops a program tailored to your needs. Although I work with her mostly online, we communicate regularly throughout the month and she proactively provides different guidance and tips. I also really like the app she uses compared to others I have used in the past. I also do some in-person boxing sessions with her to give myself the extra push... they are a great combination of technical skill development and fitness. She makes them fun! I am two months in and am already seeing big results and I feel very supported along my journey, which keeps me motivated.

I have been training with Emily for more than 2 years, and find her training sessions to be perfectly suited to whatever I need and always pushing me to right where I need to go. Emily has a great way about her and finds ways to positively motivate you in the best way. And not only the personal training - the App, that Emily has set me up with, has greatly influenced my daily habits. I had never thought I would be one to take the time to track various progress, but I find the app super easy to use and with the gentle, daily reminders it ensures that you are nudged forward towards your goals. Emily not only focuses on the fitness aspect, but also the nutrition aspect and not least the aspect of your daily habits. It is those daily habits and the incorporation of them into your lifestyle, that really makes a difference. Emily sets up the goals so they are very achievable, and if there is a period with less available time, Emily adjusts the program to fit into it. For example Emily has set up a series of exercises for me to do at home, that only take 10 minutes to complete. And afterwards you feel so accomplished :-). Recently I had a knee injury and Emily adjusted all the training to fit in around that, and had me do exercises suitable for the knee - just like a physiotherapist. I came into Emily's lessons from a very un-active lifestyle sitting most of the day at a desk. With Emily's program, I now commit to investing time for my own health on a daily basis. Her nutrition tracker has also opened my eyes for how many calories are in various foods. Did you know that one single slice of cheese contains 116 calories? This knowledge does not make me stop eating a slice of cheese, but it stops me from taking the second slice :-) and enjoy the first one a lot more. By following Emily's program, I have seen a steady progress towards my weight goal. And I always feel super-charged after a fitness session with Emily. I would definitely recommend Emily's program - including her APP, which will help you change your daily habits - to anyone looking to give themselves the gift of health.

The short version – I would definitely recommend Emily/PT Marbella. She’s very responsive, very easy to work with and most importantly she gets results – getting the right balance of pushing hard enough.

The longer version is she was able to help me recover following a chest operation, building up my strength and stamina – in around a month I went from not being able to walk more than a couple of hundred metres to over 3 miles, whilst also building up my strength in my arms and legs to a better level than pre-op. I’m very grateful for this – thank you Emily! She was also able to assist with nutritional information, equipment advice and uses a great, easy to use app.

My trainer Emily set up a custom tailored plan for my goals, and after a few weeks I already started seeing more results then I did when training myself for over a year. Having someone that can help with any questions and motivates to keep going is really great!
