With over 25 years of experience, Ali brings a wealth of knowledge and a truly holistic approach to personal training. Specialising in strength and conditioning, mobility, and performance optimisation, his methods are shaped by in-depth studies in sports therapy, biomechanics, and functional movement.
Ali’s career has taken him worldwide, including his role as both personal trainer and bodyguard for a touring band—an experience that demanded peak physical preparation, adaptability, and discretion. His adventurous nature has also led him through mountain expeditions and Arctic survival challenges, experiences that continue to fuel his training philosophy of resilience, discipline, and balance.
Alongside his professional career, Ali is deeply passionate about combat sports, actively practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Thai Boxing to continually refine his own skillset.
