Emily not only focuses on the fitness aspect, but also the nutrition aspect and not least the aspect of your daily habits. It is those daily habits and the incorporation of them into your lifestyle, that really makes a difference. Emily sets up the goals so they are very achievable, and if there is a period with less available time, Emily adjusts the program to fit into it. For example Emily has set up a series of exercises for me to do at home, that only take 10 minutes to complete. And afterwards you feel so accomplished :-). Recently I had a knee injury and Emily adjusted all the training to fit in around that, and had me do exercises suitable for the knee - just like a physiotherapist. I came into Emily's lessons from a very un-active lifestyle sitting most of the day at a desk. With Emily's program, I now commit to investing time for my own health on a daily basis. Her nutrition tracker has also opened my eyes for how many calories are in various foods. Did you know that one single slice of cheese contains 116 calories? This knowledge does not make me stop eating a slice of cheese, but it stops me from taking the second slice :-) and enjoy the first one a lot more.
